Building Regulations
Wholly compliant with the required regulations for total peace of mind
Allowing you to avoid common problems such as mould and condensation that can occur when a replacement roof is wrongly fitted, our team make a point of taking the stress and uncertainty out of the process by installing the Evaroof system to meet JHAI and building control certification. We’ll even handle the submission process on your behalf, providing you with a copy of the Building Regulations certificate which assures your new tiled roof has been approved.
Guiding you through to your brand new living space
We take no shortcuts when treating your home extension to the benefits of an Evaroof, taking extra time and care to assure that it is fitted to be structurally safe and will remain and such for decades to come. If a roof is fitted badly, it will be highly likely to invert due to the sheer weight of both the roof itself and any additional elements like snow. Be on the right side of Building Control with the Evaroof service.
Building Control: A simple and easy process
Submitting the Evaroof through Building Control is easy. Once completing one of our Building Control Information forms, before returning it to us to handle. We then require three photos: one before the installation, one during, and one after. You’ll then receive a Building Control Certificate, a certificate of authenticity, and of course your 10 year guarantee.
Save money on certification with Evaroof
To typically put this through your local council building control department can be somewhat expensive with typical fees to the home owner more than £400. With 90% of local councils insisting on this, going through us helps to remove any stress or hassle.
Structurally safe solid tiled roofs
As well as the legal advantages to being Building Control compliant, there are many practical ones too. Once being approved, you can rest easy knowing that there’ll be hardly any risk of mould, damp and condensation, even in the harshest weather conditions.

Would Highly Recommend Evaroof!
Being from a roofing/building background I was a bit dubious to go with a slate roof but it’s made such a difference due to the insulation qualities. During the recent heatwave, we have been able to spend all day in the room now whereas before it would have been too hot. Excellent installation carried out by the fitting team with nothing being too much trouble, very clean workers. Would highly recommend Eva roof!- Clyde Cartwright. Newport, Wales.
